SELF PAY

For self-pay patients, payment is collected at the time of service.

You are entitled to have lactation services reimbursed 100% under the Affordable Care Act. Ask your insurance provider about a preauthorization ahead of your appointment. We provide you with a superbill needed for this process following your visit. It is your responsibility to seek reimbursement.

THE LACTATION NETWORK (TLN)

We accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, Humana PPO plans, as well as most plans utilizing Multiplan and PNOA (Provider Network of America) through The Lactation Network. Most plans cover 6 visits with 100% coverage. Please click here to see if you qualify. If your plan does not provide lactation coverage or if you do not qualify for lactation support through The Lactation Network, we can see you as a self-pay patient.

AETNA

We are in network with most Aetna plans. Most plans cover up to 6 visits with 100% coverage. Please be sure to call Aetna to verify your coverage. Upon booking your appointment, you will be required to submit your insurance information and upload photos of your insurance card. To begin, book now.
